Fleet Week: Part II, Highway to the Danger Zone

The tourists were out of control this weekend. I want my cozy little city back! Here are some snapshots from high above the madness. *note: you should view all of these pictures with the Top Gun soundtrack playing in your mind.

Red Sky at Night, Sailor's Delight

It's been a long, sluggish week, and I'm looking forward to a fun and relaxing weekend. The weather has changed, and it's been sunny and beautiful everyday for a few weeks now. Here are a couple of pictures I snapped during a walk a few evenings ago. They haven't been edited at all - I just lucked out and caught the sky at its most lovely. Photobucket Photobucket

Past Perfect

You know life has gotten far too stressful when you’ve run out of time to blog! I’m turning this ship around with some fun snapshots from a weekend morning spent perusing the goods at Past Perfect on Union and Fillmore.

C'est le week-end (presque)

It's almost the weekend! Soon, I hope to be back at Cafe Des Amis, sipping one of their gorgeously-crafted cocktails, and scheming on plans for the long weekend.

Sunday Snapshots

Here are a few snapshots from my new iPhone. I took these yesterday while wandering around the city. That little phone takes some nice pictures!
