SF --> SD; SD --> SF

Fun weekend in San Diego. Unfortunately, we weren't able to escape the fog for long...but it was great to get away all the same!

As most of you know, flying is not my favorite thing to do.

This muffin helped.

So did this guy ;-)

Made it to San Diego, enjoying some delicious Mexican food.

DELICIOUS Mexican food and really cool decor at El Camino in San Diego.

It felt like we were in the Mission for a minute!

Complimentary deliciouso salsas. I love how SD doesn't try to come between me and my chips and salsa by listing them as "appetizers" - I'm talkin' to you, East Coast!





This place is in the spot where Airport Lounge used to be, i.e. right in the landing path. The planes flying thisclose overhead got to be a bit much; think I'll sit inside next time.

This weather is so cold and "humid" (hi, it's actually considered "rain" when the clouds are sitting on your head and spitting water down your neck), that even though I love this city, I'm counting the days until my escape to San Diego.
