As part of my plan to eat right and live healthier, I tried a new biscotti recipe. Wait...well anyway, it was delicious and much easier to make than I'd expected. Naturally, I found the recipe on Smitten Kitchen, one of my very favorite online places to explore. She adapted the recipe from one published in Bon Appetit in December of 1999.
